  • Dead sea salt baths - for transdermal minerals, exfoliation, and antimicrobial effects
  • Water fasting - particularly useful in the case when acne is being triggered by unknown foods, and you want to allow your skin to heal. Note: be very careful doing this if youre young.
  • Optimise sleep / stress
  • Avoid hot showers
  • Gentle icing
